Jose Reynosa ("Reynosa") appealed his conviction for indecency with child. On October 27, 2003, Reynosa filed a motion to withdraw his notice of appeal supported by a letter stating that he wishes to "abandon [his] appeal." The letter is personally signed by Reynosa. The motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a).
