APPEAL DISMISSED

Lauro A. Bustamante, Lauro A. Bustamante, Jr., P.C., and L.A. Bustamante & M.Z. Bustamante Real Estate Partnership, Ltd. ("appellants") appeal the trial court's order granting Ray Taylor, Taylor & Correa, P.C., and Mary Z. Bustamante summary judgment and dismissing appellants' causes of action. Appellants' brief, which was due on July 23, 2003, has not been filed. On August 20, 2003, this court ordered appellants to show cause in writing by September 4, 2003, why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Appellants did not respond. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellants.
