Appellant filed a timely notice of appeal from a judgment of the Comal County Court at Law. In response to our order to show cause, appellant concedes this court lacks jurisdiction because Comal County falls within the jurisdiction of the Third Court of Appeals. See Tex. Gov. Code Ann. 22.201(e) (Vernon 1998).

The appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a). Costs of the appeal are assessed against appellant.
