Annotate this CaseMario VILLARREAL,
Appellant
v.
Julia CARRILLO and Roberto Carrillo, Jr.,
Appellee
From the 293rd Judicial District Court, Maverick County, Texas
Trial Court No. 95-07-13228-CV
Honorable Cynthia L. Muniz, Judge Presiding
PER CURIAM
Sitting: Phil Hardberger, Chief Justice
Karen Angelini, Justice
Sandee Bryan Marion, Justice
Delivered and Filed: April 17, 2002
DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION
On March 8, 2002, the trial court clerk filed a notification of late clerk's record, stating that the clerk's record has not been filed because appellant had failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk's fee for preparing the record and that appellant was not entitled to appeal without paying the fee.
Accordingly, on March 20, 2002, this court ordered appellant provide written proof to this court that either (1) the clerk's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk's fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee. We received no response.
Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
