Counsel was directed to submit no later than November 26, 2001, a letter identifying those issues or points to be raised on appeal and to explain why those issues or points warrant continuation of this appeal or face dismissal of this appeal. Counsel did not respond within the time allowed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3. The appeal is therefore dismissed.
