The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal, and ask that this court order Mr. Art Zapata, the official court reporter for the 61st Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, to release all trial exhibits to Mr. Clay Crawford, counsel for appellee, Leslie Flores. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal, with prejudice to re-filing same. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2). Mr. Zapata is hereby ordered to release all trial exhibits to Mr. Crawford.

The appellants have filed an unopposed motion for release of the supersedes bond. The motion is granted, and the obligations of Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America as surety on appellants' supersedeas bond are discharged.

Costs of the appeal are taxed against the party who incurred them.
