Robert Baccus and Elizabeth K. Mangum, intervenors in the trial court, and Ronald A. Lindsey, defendant in the trial court, appeal the judgment in favor of Dwight L. Lieb. On February 6, 2001, we stayed this appeal pending further order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas in Case No. 00-52642. 99-52473, In re: Ronald A. Lindsey. The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss and supplemental motion. Attached to the supplemental motion is a copy of the bankruptcy court's order authorizing a settlement and dismissal of this appeal. We therefore order this appeal reinstated on the docket of the court and grant the motion to dismiss. See Tex. R. App. P. 8.3, 42.1(a)(1). Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who have incurred them.
