DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

On December 27, 2000, appellant filed a document explaining his grievance against appellee. However, this document did not comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38. Therefore, appellant was ordered to file a brief that complied with Rule 38.1, or the appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 38.9(a).

On January 22, 2001, appellant filed a one-page brief that stated the trial court did not consider his statement of facts or his grievances against the appellee, whom he felt interfered with his right to obtain a fair settlement in a property damage claim. This brief does not comply with Rule 38; therefore, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1).
