The parties filed an agreed motion asking that the appeal be dismissed, the judgment of the trial court be vacated, and the cause remanded for trial. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(d). The motions are granted. The trial court's judgment is vacated and the cause is remanded to the trial court. Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who incurred them.
