This court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus, and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Board of Pardons & Paroles v. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Dist., 910 S.W.2d 481, 483 (Tex. Crim. App. 1995) (jurisdiction to grant post-conviction habeas relief rests exclusively with court of criminal appeals). Therefore, the petition is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
