In the Matter of L.N.--Appeal from 73rd Judicial District Court of Bexar County
Annotate this CaseIn re L.N.
From the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 98-JUV-01605
Honorable Andy Mireles, Judge Presiding
PER CURIAM
Sitting: Phil Hardberger, Chief Justice
Tom Rickhoff, Justice
Karen Angelini, Justice
Delivered and Filed: December 29, 1999
AFFIRMED
On October 28, 1999, we abated this appeal and remanded the case to the trial court to determine whether appellant still desired to prosecute her appeal, and if so, whether counsel had abandoned the appeal.
The trial court found that L.N. is indigent, and does not desire to prosecute this appeal.
On December 2, 1999, we informed appellant that the trial court determined that she no longer desired to prosecute her appeal. We informed appellant that if she did not contradict this finding, that we would consider her appeal on the record alone. Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(4). Appellant has not responded and has not filed a motion to dismiss. Tex. R. App. P. 42.2.
We have reviewed the record for unassigned fundamental error and found none. Lott v. State, 874 S.W.2d 687, 688 (Tex. Crim. App. 1994). The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
