DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

On August 13, 1998, after receiving no response from appellant regarding the trial court clerk's third notification of late record, we ordered appellant to show cause in writing by August 28, 1998, why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Appellant did not respond. The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b).
