Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed November 21, 2023. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-23-00871-CV IN RE KAUFFMAN CO., Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 190th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2021-43541 MEMORANDUM OPINION On November 17, 2023, relator Kauffman Co. filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this Court to compel the Honorable Beau A. Miller, presiding judge of the 190th District Court of Harris County, to vacate the trial court’s September 26, 2023, order denying relator’s motion for reconsideration of its motion for leave to designate Texan Drywall Co. as a responsible third party. Relator has not established that it is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Hassan, Poissant, and Wilson. 2
