See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Janet B. Heppard, presiding judge of the 387th District Court of Fort Bend County, to vacate her August 18, 2023 order to enforce by contempt (1) directing relator to vacate the marital home by August 23, 2023;(2) awarding real party in interest $25,000 in interim attorney’s fees; and (3) awarding real party in interest attorney’s fees incurred in the enforcement proceeding. Relator has not established that he is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. We also deny relator’s emergency motion for stay.
