Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Majority and Dissenting Opinions filed August 29, 2023. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-23-00603-CV IN RE RAMEL BLUE, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 387th District Court Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 22-DCV-298913 MEMORANDUM MAJORITY OPINION On August 22, 2023, relator Ramel Blue filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Janet B. Heppard, presiding judge of the 387th District Court of Fort Bend County, to vacate her August 18, 2023 order to enforce by contempt (1) directing relator to vacate the marital home by August 23, 2023;(2) awarding real party in interest $25,000 in interim attorney’s fees; and (3) awarding real party in interest attorney’s fees incurred in the enforcement proceeding. Relator has not established that he is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. We also deny relator’s emergency motion for stay. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Jewell and Spain (J., Spain, dissenting). 2
