ALTSCHUL, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 149th District Court Brazoria County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 26672 MEMORANDUM OPINION On May 11, 2023, relator Todd W. Altschul filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Jessica Pulcher, presiding judge of the 149th District Court of Brazoria County, to rule on relator’s motion for nunc pro tunc. On August 22, 2023, the trial court signed an order denying relator’s motion for nunc pro tunc. Relator’s request for relief is now moot.
