LIBERTY COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, INC., Appellee On Appeal from County Civil Court at Law No. 3 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 1170332 MEMORANDUM OPINION This is an appeal from a final judgment signed June 16, 2022, granting appellee’s motion to dismiss. The notice of appeal was timely filed September 12, 2022. To date, our records show that appellant has not paid the appellate filing fee. See Tex. R.
