Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed September 13, 2022. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-22-00659-CV IN RE FIESTA MART, L.L.C., Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 151st District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2021-19889 MEMORANDUM OPINION On Monday, September 12, 2022, relator Fiesta Mart, L.L.C., filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief in this Court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this Court to compel the Honorable Mike Engelhart, presiding judge of the 151st District Court of Harris County, to vacate the trial court’s September 7, 2022 order granting plaintiff’s motion to compel relator to respond to requests for production by September 14, 2022. Relator has not established that it is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus and dismiss relator’s emergency motion for temporary relief as moot. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Jewell, Bourliot, and Zimmerer. 2
