Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed August 17, 2021. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-21-00079-CV IN RE BUILDERS EQUIPMENT & TOOL COMPANY D/B/A BETCO AND MIRANDA ELISE FLORES, Relators ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 80th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2019-64640 MEMORANDUM OPINION On February 10, 2021, relators Builders Equipment & Tool Company d/b/a BETCO and Miranda Elise Flores filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Jeralynn Manor, presiding judge of the 80th District Court of Harris County, to (1) vacate her January 17, 2021 order granting the motion to quash the deposition on written questions and subpoena served on the mental health providers of one of the real parties in interest; and (2) order production of all records in the custody of those providers. Alternatively, relators ask this court to instruct Judge Manor to (1) order production and submission of the withheld documents to the trial court for an in-camera review; and (2) order production of documents that are relevant to the mental health conditions at issue in this case. Relators have not established that they are entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny the relators’ petition for writ of mandamus. Our stay entered on February 24, 2021 is lifted. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Jewell, Bourliot, and Hassan. 2
