Dismissed and Memorandum Opinion filed January 11, 2018. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-17-00656-CV IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF CINDY CAVAZOS VAZQUEZ AND OMAR B. VAZQUEZ On Appeal from the 309th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2016-17342 MEMORANDUM OPINION This is an appeal from a divorce decree signed May 26, 2017. The clerk’s record was filed September 25, 2017. The court reporter notified this court that appellant, Cindy Cavazos Vazquez, did not pay or make arrangements to pay for the reporter’s record. We notified appellant on October 10, 2017, that we would consider the appeal without a reporter’s record if she did not prove within fifteen days that she paid or made arrangements to pay for the reporter’s record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c). No response was filed. Accordingly, on November 9, 2017, we ordered appellant to file a brief by December 11, 2017. We cautioned that if appellant failed to comply with our order, we would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). No brief or motion for extension to file the brief has been filed. Therefore, the appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Boyce, Jamison, and Brown. 2
