See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West Supp. 2017); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to prohibit Arthur M. Dula, individually and as the “Law Offices of Art Dula,” Anat Friedman, individually and as an “associate of Arthur M. Dula and of the “Law Offices of Art Dula, J. Buckner Hightower, and Robert A. & Virginia Heinlein Prize Trust, appellees in an appeal pending in this court (No. 14-17-00171-CV), from taking any steps to interfere in the appeal and with this court’s jurisdiction. Relator also filed a motion for emergency consideration of its petition. The petition for writ of prohibition and motion for emergency consideration are denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
