In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-17-00459-CV IN RE SAPURAKENCANA DRILLING ASIA LIMITED, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 152nd District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2016-22186 MEMORANDUM OPINION On June 12, 2017, relator Sapurakencana Drilling Asia Limited filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this court to compel the judge of the 152nd District Court, Harris County, Texas to rule on relator’s special appearance. On June 19, 2017, the trial court signed an order granting relator’s special appearance. On June 23, 2017, relator filed a motion to dismiss its petition for writ of mandamus as moot. We conclude that relator’s motion to dismiss should be granted. We therefore GRANT the motion and ORDER that relator’s petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed.
