Dismissed and Memorandum Opinion filed March 7, 2017. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-17-00037-CV IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF SAPINGKHONE GONZALEZ AND ALFREDO GONZALEZ On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 Galveston County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 16-FD-0942 MEMORANDUM OPINION This appeal is from a judgment signed November 29, 2016. On February 2, 2017, appellee filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction, arguing that appellant’s notice of appeal is untimely. We are unable to make that determination because no clerk’s record has been filed. The clerk responsible for preparing the record in this appeal informed the court appellant did not make arrangements to pay for the record. On February 1, 2017, notification was transmitted to all parties of the court’s intention to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution unless, within fifteen days, appellant paid or made arrangements to pay for the record and provided this court with proof of payment. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Appellant has not provided this court with proof of payment for the record. Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed. Appellee’s pending motion to dismiss is denied as moot. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, Busby, and Jewell. 2
