On November 20, 2017, the parties filed a joint, agreed motion to set aside the judgment without regard to the merits and to remand for further proceedings in accordance with the parties’ agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The motion is granted. Accordingly, we vacate the judgment signed April 20, 2016, and we remand the cause to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with the parties’ agreement.
