Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed August 31, 2016. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-16-00495-CV IN RE TOM THOMAS, DAN SHEEHAN, AND MARC CULP, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS SUCCESSORS TO THE INTEREST OF THOMAS, SHEEHAN & CULP, L.L.P., Relators ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS Probate Court No. 2 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 137,506-403 MEMORANDUM OPINION On June 22, 2016, relators, Tom Thomas, Dan Sheehan, and Marc Culp, Individually and as Successors to the Interest of Thomas, Sheehan & Culp, L.L.P., filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Mike Wood, presiding judge of Probate Court No. 2 of Harris County, to vacate his June 7, 2016 order transferring the relators’ suit for attorney’s fees from the 162nd District Court in Dallas County, to Probate Court No. 2. Relators have not established their entitlement to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relators’ petition for writ of mandamus. We further lift our stay order entered on July 8, 2016. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, McCally, and Donovan. 2
