Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed March 15, 2016. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-16-00191-CV IN RE JENNIFER WOMACK, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS County Court at Law No. 1 Galveston County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 06-FD-0536 MEMORANDUM OPINION On March 7, 2016, relator Jennifer Womack filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable John Grady, presiding judge of the County Court at Law No 1 of Galveston County, to set aside a default judgment. Relator’s petition does not meet the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 (setting forth the required contents of the petition). Furthermore, it is relator’s burden to provide a sufficient record to establish that she is entitled to relief. See Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.3d 833, 839 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Relator has not done so. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(k), 52.7. Relator has not established that she is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, McCally, and Busby. 2
