Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed March 8, 2016. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-16-00100-CV IN RE GEORGE FLEMING AND FLEMING & ASSOCIATES, L.L.P. (N/K/A FLEMING, NOLEN & JEZ, L.L.P.), Relators ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 234th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2014-53135 MEMORANDUM OPINION On February 10, 2016, relators George Fleming and Fleming & Associates, L.L.P. (n/k/a Fleming, Nolen & Jez, L.L.P.) filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Wesley Ward, presiding judge of the 234th District Court of Harris County, to set aside as void the (1) December 10, 2015 order awarding attorney’s fees to real parties in interest; and (2) January 25, 2016 final judgment. Relators have not established their entitlement to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relators’ petition for writ of mandamus. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Frost and Justices Christopher and Donovan. 2
