Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Opinion filed January 26, 2016. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-16-00013-CV IN RE N.S, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 306th District Court Galveston County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 14CP0037 MEMORANDUM OPINION On January 8, 2016, relator N.S filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Anne B. Darring, presiding judge of the 306th District Court of Galveston County, to: (1) vacate her temporary orders awarding temporary managing conservatorship of D.N. and C.N. to Moira Ginther, (2) vacate her order consolidating certain cases, (3) dismiss Moira Ginther’s pleadings in cause nos.14CP0037, 14FD2358 and 11FD2761 for lack of standing, and (4) order the immediate return of D.N. and C.N. to Cesarea Sandoval. Relator has not established that she is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, McCally, and Busby. 2
