Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed February 25, 2016. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-15-01083-CV IN RE RWH HOMEBUILDER, L.P., Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 133rd District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2011-39246 MEMORANDUM OPINION On December 22, 2015, relator RWH Homebuilder, L.P. filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Jaclanel McFarland, presiding judge of the 133rd District Court of Harris County, to set aside her November 6, 2015 order denying RWH’s motion to enforce judgment and alternatively motion to set supersedeas bond. Relator has not shown that it is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices McCally, Brown, and Wise. 2
