Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed January 7, 2016. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-15-01052-CV IN RE JENNIFER MITCHELL AND TCSM, LLC, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 61st District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2004-41286 MEMORANDUM OPINION On December 16, 2015, relators Jennifer Mitchell and TCSM, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this Court to compel the Honorable Erin Lunceford, presiding judge of the 61st District Court of Harris County, to vacate an order signed on July 31, 2015 and a supplemental order signed on October 23, 2015 that, among other things, orders Jennifer Mitchell to comply with certain post-judgment discovery requests. Mandamus issues only to correct a clear abuse when there is no other adequate remedy by law. Johnson v. Fourth Court of Appeals, 700 S.W.2d 916, 917 (Tex. 1985) (orig. proceeding). Relators have not established that they are entitled to mandamus relief. We therefore deny relators’ petition for writ of mandamus. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Busby, Brown, and Wise. 2
