AND DENBURY ONSHORE, LLC, Relators ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 157th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2015-09546 MEMORANDUM OPINION On November 25, 2015, relators Denbury Resources, Inc. and Denbury Onshore, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Randy Wilson, presiding judge of the 157th District Court of Harris County, to set aside his October 7, 2015 order denying relators’ motion to compel and granting real party in interest’s motions for protective order, and direct him to grant their motion to compel and deny real party in interest’s motions for protective order. On February 4, 2015, relators filed a motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus without prejudice to refiling at a later date. The motion is granted. Accordingly, relators’ petition for writ of mandamus is ordered dismissed without prejudice to refiling at a later date. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Jamison, McCally, and Wise. 2
