On March 15, 2016, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeals. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The parties request that the judgment of the trial court be vacated and the appeals dismissed in accordance with their agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The motion is granted.
