See Tex. Gov t Code Ann. §22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Shawna Reagin, presiding judge of the 176th District Court of Harris County, to set aside her order setting certain conditions of relator s bond, and revoking relator s bond. On August 1, 2012, relator filed a motion to dismiss the petition because the bond was lawfully forfeited for failure to appear.
