HARRIS COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY, Appellee On Appeal from the 11th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2021-28053 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant, Thien An Vo, filed a notice of appeal from a judgment signed May 23, 2022. The notice of appeal stated that appellant was filing a direct appeal to the Texas Supreme Court, but the appeal was erroneously assigned to the First Court of Appeals. On July 29, 2022, appellant filed a motion to dismiss, stating that the Harris County District Clerk had advised this Court of the erroneous assignment and asked that we dismiss the appeal. Because this cause was erroneously assigned to this court, we dismiss the appeal. Any other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
