PEARL OGUCHIA AND UMUOJI IMPROVEMENT UNION (NORTH AMERICA), A MASSACHUSETTS CORPORATION, Appellees On Appeal from the 268th District Court Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 19-DCV-258782 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant and appellees have filed a joint motion asking this Court to set aside the trial court’s judgment without regard to the merits and to remand this appeal to the trial court for implementation of the parties’ settlement agreement. We grant the motion. We order the trial court’s judgment signed on May 3, 2022 set aside without regard to the merits and we remand the case to the trial court for implementation of the parties’ settlement agreement.
