Hall to rule on three motions: (1) a motion to dismiss filed on March 3, 2020 and a related joinder to the motion; (2) a motion to dismiss filed on September 15, 2020; and (3) a motion for summary judgment filed on February 26, 2021.1 On June 17, 2022, Relators filed an unopposed motion to dismiss their mandamus petition as moot, averring that Judge Hall is no longer presiding over the underlying case because the case was transferred to an MDL pretrial court on June 14, 2022. We grant the motion and dismiss this original proceeding. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Landau, Guerra, and Farris. 1 The underlying case is Mary Evans and Don Weston Dorrell v.
