Opinion issued March 1, 2022 In The Court of Appeals For The First District of Texas ———————————— NO. 01-21-00653-CV ——————————— IN RE UNITY NATIONAL BANK, Relator Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator, Unity National Bank (“Unity”), has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus asserting that the trial court abused its discretion by failing to “sign[] a written order reflecting its previous ruling granting Unity’s [r]ule 306(a) [m]otion as required by Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 4.2.”1 Unity requests that “this Court 1 The underlying case is John Scroggins v.
