MARINA JOHNSON, Appellee On Appeal from the County Civil Court at Law No. 1 Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 1167633 MEMORANDUM OPINION This is an appeal from the trial court’s order signed on May 12, 2021, striking the Declarations of a Covered Person signed by appellant. Appellant’s brief was originally due on July 29, 2021. Notice issued on May 4, 2022, advising appellant that unless the brief was filed within ten days, we might dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. No response to the notice was received. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1) (stating appellate court may dismiss for want of prosecution for failure to file appellant’s brief).
