GOODE, JR., Relator Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator, Robert H. Goode, Jr., filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court’s July 13, 2020 order appointing a temporary guardian of the estate of his wife, Lockie Goode.1 Real party in interest, Stephanie McGuire, has filed a motion to dismiss. Relator opposes the motion.
