AEL PROPERTIES, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS, AND KEIVIOHN HOWARD, Appellees On Appeal from the 55th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2020-80161 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant Christian Consultants of Texas, LLC filed a motion asserting it no longer desires to prosecute its appeal and requesting that this Court dismiss the appeal. Although the motion’s certificate of conference indicates counsel was unable to confer with one appellee, more than ten days have passed since the motion’s filing and no party filed an opposition. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.1(a)(5), 10.3(a). No cross appeal has been filed and no opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(c). Accordingly, we grant Appellant’s motion and dismiss the appeal.
