S J ASSOCIATED PATHOLOGISTS, PLLC, Appellee On Appeal from the 190th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2019-79138 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellants, Cigna Healthcare of Texas, Inc., Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, and Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company, have filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, representing that the parties have “reached an agreement to compromise and settle their dispute in the case underlying this instant appeal” and requesting that we dismiss the appeal with each party bearing its own costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). We have not issued an opinion for this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(c). Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal, with costs taxed against the party incurring same. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f).
