Appellant, Allentown Mack Sales and Service, Inc., doing business as Transedge Truck Centers, and appellees, William Peterson, Cody Peterson, and Cathleen Peterson, as Guardian of the Estate of Kari Peterson, have filed an “Agreed Motion to Dismiss” the appeal, representing that they have reached a resolution of their disputes. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). No opinion has issued. See id. 42.1(c). Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See id. 43.2(f). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
