STACEY BENT AND MARK BENT, Appellees On Appeal from the 164th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2010-57135 MEMORANDUM OPINION The parties filed a joint motion to dismiss on April 14, 2021 because they have resolved their dispute. No opinion has issued. The parties ask that, in conjunction with dismissal, we expedite issuance of the mandate and release the supersedeas bond posted by appellant and discharge the surety, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America. Accordingly, the Court grants the motion, releases the supersedeas bond filed by appeal, discharges the surety, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, and dismisses the appeal. The Clerk of this Court is instructed to issue the mandate concurrently with this opinion and judgment. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
