AND OEJP, LLC, Appellees On Appeal from the 215th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2016-16913 MEMORANDUM OPINION This appeal was abated based on a suggestion of bankruptcy filed by Transoceanic Projects & Development Co., Inc. The bankruptcy court later issued an order modifying the automatic stay and remanding the case underlying this appeal to proceed in state court. Appellants have filed an unopposed motion to lift the abatement and dismiss the appeal, averring that the parties have settled their dispute. Appellants further request that we expedite issuing the mandate. The motion is granted. We lift the abatement, dismiss the appeal, and direct the clerk of this Court to issue the mandate immediately. See TEX. R. APP. P. 18.1(c), 42.1(a)(1). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Goodman, Landau, and Countiss. 2
