Nathaniel Jones III, cause number 1267896B and 1267897B, pending in the 228th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Frank Aguilar presiding. We deny the petition. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a) (permitting denial of mandamus when relator fails to establish entitlement to mandamus relief); 52.7(a) (relator must include with petition a record containing documents material to relief sought).
