Opinion issued November 5, 2020 In The Court of Appeals For The First District of Texas ———————————— NO. 01-20-00676-CR NO. 01-20-00677-CR ——————————— IN RE NATHANIEL JONES III, Relator Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator, Nathaniel Jones III, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus to compel the trial court in his two trial court causes to rule on a motion to recuse that relator claims he filed.1 1 The underlying cases are State of Texas v. Nathaniel Jones III, cause number 1267896B and 1267897B, pending in the 228th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Frank Aguilar presiding. We deny the petition. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a) (permitting denial of mandamus when relator fails to establish entitlement to mandamus relief); 52.7(a) (relator must include with petition a record containing documents material to relief sought).
