(Minor) and I.C. (Minor) v. Ford Motor Company, Faustino Castillo, LLC d/b/a Infinity Auto Sales, Russell Smith Ford, Inc., and Nexteer Automotive Corporation, cause number 2018-01236, pending in the 295th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Donna Roth presiding.
