JULIET HOLLOWAY-ERVIN, Appellee On Appeal from the 189th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2019-26456 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant, Houston Downtown Management District, and appellee, Juliet Holloway-Ervin, have filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal in accordance with their agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). We have not issued a decision in the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(c). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal and remand to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ agreement. We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
