Opinion issued November 10, 2020 In The Court of Appeals For The First District of Texas ———————————— NO. 01-20-00168-CR ——————————— IN RE THAIRIN ARNELL WALKER, Relator Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator, Thairin Arnell Walker, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking that we compel the trial court to rule on his petition for writ of habeas corpus.1 Relator has not presented a sufficient record for this Court to determine whether he is entitled to relief. See Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1 The underlying case is State of Texas v.
