WHITE, Appellee On Appeal from the 308th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2016-41271 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant, Wykeita White, has failed to timely file her appellate brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a)(1), (d), 38.8(a)(1). After the Clerk of this Court’s December 12, 2017 notice warned appellant that this appeal was subject to dismissal for want of prosecution unless appellant filed an appellant’s brief or an extension of time within ten days of that notice, appellant failed to timely file her brief or an extension. See id. 38.6(d), 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution for failure to timely file an appellant’s brief. See id. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c).
