AND GREGORY LEE, Relators Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relators, Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. and Gregory Lee, have filed a petition for a writ of mandamus challenging orders compelling the production of documents in the underlying trial court proceeding.1 Relators, representing that the 1 The underlying case is Cheryl Dugar, Individually and as Next Friend of H.D., a Minor v. Accordingly, we vacate our August 11, 2017 order staying the trial court’s July 28, 2017 and August 8, 2017 orders, grant relators’ motion, and dismiss the petition.
