Sobel, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus contending that respondent, the Honorable Roy L. Moore, has abused his discretion in issuing interim temporary orders under the Texas Family Code.1 1 The underlying case is In the Matter of the Marriage of Robert S. Sobel and Jennifer A.
